The full budget for this financing is €660,000 (HRK 5 million), and eligible projects are those in development and post-production.

Projects in development that are planning to enter production this and next year can receive up to €72,000 (HRK 600,000), on condition that they wrap principal photography by 31 December 2021. Projects in post-production are eligible for support of €13,200 (HRK 100,000), with the obligation to complete the film by 31 June 2020.
