, which is being sold internationally by Brussels-based outfit Be For Films, is the second feature by Tunisian director Ala Eddine Slim, whose feature debut, The Last of Us, took home two awards from the 2016 Venice Film Festival. The film tells the story of S, a young soldier in the Tunisian desert. When his mother dies, he gets a week’s leave and goes back home. But he never returns to the barracks and becomes the target of a manhunt through the backstreets of his working-class neighbourhood, before vanishing into the mountains. Several years later, a young woman married to a rich businessman finds out that she’s pregnant. One morning, she disappears into the forest… The movie was produced by Exit Productions (Tunisia) and Still Moving (France).
