scheda film]), revolves around 12-year-old Camille Lourmel, an avid circus enthusiast, whose mother is in a fragile state. Her parents are going through a difficult period. One day, they tell Camille and her brothers and sisters that they are going to live in a Catholic community in the city centre: the Community of the Holy Spirit. The life of the Lourmel family changes dramatically. Camille will have to cope with living in what turns out to be a sect…

Produced by Michel Feller, Dominique Besnehard and Antoine Le Carpentier for Mon Voisin Productions, The Dazzled is being co-produced by France 3 Cinéma. Having been pre-purchased by Canal+, the feature has also secured backing from the CNC’s advance on receipts, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and the Charente department. The shoot will take place in Angoulême from 6 August-12 October. The French distribution and international sales will be entrusted to Pyramide.
