Veronica Flora, festival organizer, film curator and programmer tells us about her job, her experiences and about how she discovered festivals. She explains that cinema is linked to other fields of human knowledge such as sciences, music or anthropology. Then she talks about film education, the organization of festivals (team work), programming, the main skills of a film programmer and the impact of lockdown on the sector.
