The script of Harvest, based on Jim Crace’s 2013 novel of the same name and penned by veteran producer Joslyn Barnes, is set in a medieval village in England and follows the villagers’ reaction to three newcomers, who become scapegoats in a time of economic turmoil. The project benefited from a €50,000 development grant awarded by the European Union’s Creative Europe – MEDIA programme. The cast and release date are yet to be disclosed.
