synopsis

The Tallahasee Unified Family Court is a court specialized in judicial cases involving minors in Florida (USA). A single court in the United States that deals with matters relating to children and parents such as juvenile delinquency, parental and child rights or expiration of parental rights for genderbased violence or drug use, among others reasons. The 2nd Judicial Circuit conveys intimate truths about the United States and, specifically, its current situation in the population of Florida, where juvenile delinquency is one of the highest of all of the United States, as well as the economic inequalities of the population. This is a movie about a country and its people.
