The CIRCLE Women Doc Accelerator, a training programme for women documentary filmmakers who are developing a project with international potential, had its showcase on Wednesday at Cannes Docs.

Four projects by former participants are taking part in Cannes Docs in Progress, along with 28 projects from seven other selections, which can be found here.

The four projects are:

Two Sisters - Lee Nechushtan (Israel/Germany)
Producers: Anath Kandell (One Light Productions, Israel), Tanja Georgieva, Stella Wejchert (Elemag Pictures, Germany)

In the Sweltering Sun - Shorena Tevzadze (Georgia)
Producer: Shorena Tevzadze (Diafilm)

Woolman - Federica Martino (Italy)
Producers: Mario Nuzzo, Zelia Zbogar (Noura Cinema), Luisa Porrino (Fargo Entertainment)

Beauty of the Beast - Anna Nemes (Hungary)
Producers: Ágnes Horváth-Szabó, András Pires Muhi (ELF Pictures)

The initiative has also announced the 11 new participants with projects who are taking part in this year's programme, which is being executed through three modules focused on in-depth analysis of the projects, project packaging, and networking and presentation. Two participants will be awarded €1,000 from EWA Network and another the newly established Cineuropa Marketing Prize.

The projects and participants are as follows:
