will world-premiere in the Documentary Competition of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and Cineuropa can exclusively present an excerpt from this documentary road movie.

The film follows a father and son as they travel by car from the Czech Republic to Russia. The official synopsis is as follows: A great distance. Two thousand, eight hundred and fifty-two kilometres between Brno and Diveyevo, between the East and the West, between father and son. Far away, so close. At the end of the summer holidays, Vít and his son Grisha set off on a long journey to Russia. As soon as they get in the car, the son puts his headset on and the father immerses himself in memories. Still the two cannot escape one another. But there is one thing that can bring them close once again – a joint search. But what are they actually searching for?
