A contemporary love-triangle at its darkest. Sometimes life can just be too easy. Going too well. Too dull. Maybe committing a crime would be the answer? But you couldn’t. It would be wrong, and probably wouldn’t help. And then your guilt would include acknowledging that you’d been stupid enough to commit the ‘wrong’ crime. Maybe you just have to find the right crime. Or the right crime has to find you. Thirty-five-year-old Ekke is a burnt-out real estate agent leaving his wife and daughter, deliberately picking quarrels with his mother, mistress, and clients in the hope of forcing himself to break free from the monotony of his everyday existence. Desperate to spice up his life, his search for kicks gets more and more out of control. He desires it all – and that desire grows and becomes more and more destructive.
