Seva, a strong 35-year-old woman, who is a winemaker from Umbria, dreams of producing Rubro, a wine made from an ancient vine discovered on the farm of her mother, who died ten years earlier. The only hope of saving the heavily indebted company is if this promising wine can get the highest score from a renowned guide written by famous Italian sommeliers.
