synopsis

Before the reunification, bus driver Bruno is in his mid fifties and has lost his job. His mother convinces him to buy a wife in order to start a new life with her on the parent’s farm. The woman he buys, Anita, turns out to be a people smuggler – and has a Vietnamese guy in her suitcase.
