SILKEVEJEN

by Jytte Rex

synopsis

Christine, a picture restorer, is hovering on the cusp between life and death with the ensuing fragmentary perception of time and an almost transparent insight into planes that normally remain apart. The process of letting go of the familiar and turning towards the unknown is the leitmotif of the film and its plot per se, brought to life through soundtrack and visuals that render the energy of this state visible.
