Teenagers Glen and Joe let Tin Man, the local tramp, take the rap after they accidentally kill Joe's girlfriend, Jenny. 14 years later, Tin Man is released from prison and a girl, Nicky, turns up. Nicky is a dead ringer for Jenny, and when Joe sees her, the guilt that has haunted him for so long turns into full-blown paranoia. Glen has to do everything he can to keep him quiet.
